The teaching work of the college will start as per the orders of the Directorate of College Education.
For admission to various classes, the application form along with all the necessary certificates will have to be submitted in the college office on or before the announced date of admission. The list of certificates to be attached to the application form is given along with the application form. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Admission lists for various classes, the admission process, and all the information including the last date for depositing the program fee will be posted on the college notice board in due course of time. Applicants are advised to keep checking the college notice board for details. No information will be given in this regard by post or by any other means.
The candidates who do not complete the admission process by the stipulated last date and do not deposit the fee will automatically be deprived of the right of admission to the college and their names will be removed from the admission list.
Instructions to Applicants
The application form, complete in all respect, along with the attested copies of the certificates mentioned in it, should reach the college office in person or by post by the last date fixed.
Name, father’s name, and date of birth should be as per the Secondary Education Certificate.
Residence address to be given in full. In case of a change of address, inform the office immediately. Compulsorily write the phone/mobile number of the residence or guardian or relative.
Identity cards and library books will be given on completion of the admission process and the first installment of the fee is deposited.
In the event of giving the wrong declaration and certificate, the admission of the applicant will be canceled and he will be expelled from the college.
Presence
It is mandatory for all the regular students of the college to have at least 75 percent attendance in each question paper of the total periods (which includes practical periods) conducted annually. The student who is not able to meet the above-required minimum attendance will be debarred from appearing in the University Examination.
Every student will be bound by the existing attendance rules of the college and modifications and changes made therein from time to time.
